Trial and Subscription Access
TenderFolder may offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial, users can access the platform according to the trial rules shown at signup or inside the application. After the trial period, continued access may require an active paid subscription.
Storage and Plan Limits
TenderFolder includes 5GB storage and unlimited users, subject to fair use, technical safeguards, and any limits communicated on the pricing page, at signup, or inside the application.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable and uninterrupted availability of TenderFolder services. Planned maintenance, updates, third-party outages, payment provider issues, hosting issues, or unexpected downtime may occur. Where reasonably possible, updates will be posted publicly or communicated to users.
Electronic Fulfilment
