Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original charge.
- Only payments processed via Paystack qualify for refunds.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
- Refunds may not be available where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Service.
- Refunds do not apply to charges outside the 14-day refund window unless required by law.
Free Trial
TenderFolder may offer a 14-day free trial. Because the trial is credit card-free, you will not be charged automatically. After the trial ends, your trial will expire, and you can choose to opt into a paid subscription to continue using the service.
How to Request a Refund
Please email support@bidsstack.com with the following:
- Your TenderFolder account email
- The company or workspace name linked to the subscription
- Brief reason for your refund request
- Payment date or proof of payment if available
Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, card issuer, and payment provider processing times.
Subscription Access After Refund
If a refund is approved, access to paid TenderFolder features may be cancelled, downgraded, suspended, or limited. You remain responsible for downloading or backing up any documents you need before access changes, where the product allows this.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be declined where the request is outside the refund window, where payment cannot be verified, where the subscription was not processed through Paystack, where the account has violated our Terms of Service, or where a refund would be inconsistent with applicable law or payment provider rules.
