Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your TenderFolder subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically remove access for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan or start a new subscription.
  • You may retain access to paid features until the current billing period ends, unless your account is suspended for misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Unused plan allowances, including storage access, may remain available until the end of the current billing period, subject to in-app rules and technical limits.
  • Feature availability depends on maintaining an active subscription unless otherwise stated in-app, on the pricing page, or in our policies.

Free Trial Cancellation

TenderFolder may offer a 14-day free trial. Because the trial is credit card-free, you will not be charged automatically. At the end of the 14 days, your trial will expire, and you can choose to subscribe to the paid plan to continue using the service.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription using the billing area in the TenderFolder app:

Alternatively, you may email support@bidsstack.com and we will assist you with cancellation.

If your subscription was created through Paystack, you may also use your Paystack subscription management link to complete cancellation when required.

Document Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, your access to TenderFolder documents and workspace features may continue until the end of the billing period. Once access ends, you may lose the ability to upload, download, view, manage, or share documents through the Service.

You are responsible for downloading or backing up any important documents before your subscription access ends, where the product makes this available.

Data Retention After Cancellation

We may retain account information, billing records, logs, and workspace data for a reasonable period after cancellation as needed to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and enforce our agreements.

Uploaded documents may be deleted, restricted, or retained according to our Privacy Policy, product rules, backup cycles, and legal obligations.

Refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is handled according to our Refund Policy.

Reactivation

If you reactivate your subscription later, access to previous workspace content may depend on whether the data is still available under our retention practices and product rules.
